Chef Rob is back to teaching a few lifestyle classes at the Epicurean Lab in Global Academy. This March 28, 2015 he will be preparing healthy dishes that you can make for everyone in the family so don’t pass up this opportunity to learn from one of the best and famous chefs in Manila!
The Menu will have:
(1) Canape of Cucumber, Roasted Beets and capers with Vegan Yogurt Horseradish and Micro Arugula (ADD-ON is Cold Poached Shrimp);
(2) Appetizer- Fried Eggplants with Vegan Teriyaki sauce and Sesame Seeds (ADD-ON: Chicken);
(3) Main Course- Roasted Kale and Mushrooms with Brown Rice and French Lentils (ADD-ON: Chorizo and Bacon); and
(4) Vegan Banana-Peanut cake with Coconut Panna Cotta, Mangoes and Caramelized Pineapple
