Chinnie is a graduate of Global Academy’s Grand Diploma in Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts. She initially took up culinary studies simply because it was a course that looked “cool”. But that notion changed when she started learning the techniques and skills of a true chef. Cooking was able to excite and fascinate her like nothing else had before. All the knowledge she learned from Global Academy became her stepping stone in becoming a Demi-Chef in an exclusive club in Dubai – The Act, Shangri La Hotel. She calls the shots in both the cold and pastry sections. Her experiences from being a commis chef and now a demi-chef truly marks her passion for the profession she will be doing for the rest of her life.
