Last Wednesday, we held our 2nd Café Operations in Global Academy Pasig and Benny and I went to taste the food. We ate so much delicious carbs that we felt like we got into a food coma afterwards. The sleepiness and carbo loading was worth it plus I was able to bring home a canister of pralines, madeleines, macarons and cookies that I wasn’t able to take a photo of.
