MISOMERU – restaurant simulation

This is a long overdue post but we were so busy before leaving for our vacation that I was only able to do it now. Last October we were lucky to have been able to eat and taste the Asian menu that Chef Jun created with his students. I personally gravitate towards Asian food because I like the flavors and I believe that it’s a healthier cuisine (in my opinion).

The students really worked hard for this restaurant simulation because they went thru great lengths in fixing the decor in Timog and in using japanese costumes for the student who greeted the guests. Also, the food was served on time. People may not know this but in fine dining restaurants food is served one after the other so servers must be able to notify the kitchen exactly when to start cooking the next dish for the guests in every table. That is not an easy task and this group executed it perfectly. Dishes were served on time and food was excellent. Great work once again to all of you!

Goodluck to the next group to have their restaurant simulation. May you guys strive to beat this group 😉
