International Football Club fundraising dinner in Studio Kitchen Alabang

Last August, International Football Club organized a fund raising dinner at Studio Kitchen Alabang. It was headed by Chef Rob Pengson and Chef Mark Tan. The soccer players were our servers for the night and the food was superb. I wanted more but we had to leave right away for the second round of guests for the night. The restaurant was packed and the fund raiser was a huge success!Salmon Rillette Crostini
Marinated Artichoke with Malagos Farm Goat Cheese Green Olive Aioli, Chickpea and Jamon
Scallops with Shrimp and Pepper Bisque – a taste of the Rizal Menu
Roasted Chicken with whole grain mustard, Porchetta with Apricot Chutney and Breast of Lamb with black pudding stuffing and patatas bravas — This dish left me wanting so much more!!!!Muscovado Cheesecake Foam – a great twist to the Cheesecake Foam from The Goose Station. I recommend that they put this in their menu. Nice creation Rae!
