Katsubo – Restaurant Simulation in Global Academy Makati

I went to Global Makati last friday for the restaurant week of the students there and it was a very unique experience for me because I felt like the students really put their heart and soul in it by coming up with an indoor japanese garden and by giving us tokens of appreciation at the end of our meal. It was a refreshing experience and these students were guided by Makati’s Head Chef, Mr. Oscar “Gerd” Gendrano.

The food was also superb! I told my Benny that it really was my type of meal and he couldn’t agree more. I loved the flavor in every dish and the progression from one dish to the next. Definitely two thumbs up from me with matching smiling face for this one =)Our students with the indoor garden that they made
