Joel Robuchon in Singapore

We are firm believers that learning is not limited to the classroom and the kitchen. In order to be able to produce excellent food, one must be able to experience eating in the best restaurants all over the world. Doing so expands your horizon and taste for good food.

My husband believes in rewarding the hard work of our chefs and students by treating them to a well-known restaurant each time we participate in an international competition. We found ourselves once again inside Joel Robuchon’s restaurant for this year’s celebratory dinner.

After eating here, I must say that this is probably my favorite restaurant of all time outside of the Philippines because The Goose Station is my favorite here 😉

Here are some of the reasons why I love Robuchon:

1. Impeccable Service

2. I love how they plan the progression of the food. It truly keeps on getting better as you go along.

3. Food is always cooked and served perfectly.

4. Quality of food is the same wherever you dine (they have different restaurants in different countries)

5. Bar Seating – it’s so unique and it allows me to observe how they move in the kitchen

6. Exquisite Interiors

7. State-of-the-art equipment and facilities
