It’s always great news for us when we hear that Global Alumni are employed in good establishments that’s why I wasted no time when Chef Rob told me that about five of our alumni are working in La Girolle in the Bonifacio Global City.
We ate lunch and we were seated at the chef’s table so we had a wonderful view of the kitchen all throughout our meal. La Girolle is still in their soft opening but they are open every lunch and dinner.
